Quality product. Friendly communication (not too often or needy). Excellent post order information. All of which builds trust and a customer base. I don’t need tissue paper but it makes me feel like I’ve ordered a high end product. I am happy to wait for an order (some may be less patient though). A returns policy that is easy and works. I bought these shirts for two of my sons for Christmas, they love them. The fit was perfect and they both said how warm they are to wear on these cold winter days. The lining inside is a nice soft material. They have held up to several washings thus far. Nice looking shirts, well made and at a great price to. Whats there not to love.
