The fabric is good quality and I wear them with both casual and smarter outfits. Customer service is excellent and particularly on this occasion as the item had been out of stock and I was notified as soon as they were available. Quality product. Friendly communication (not too often or needy). Excellent post order information. All of which builds trust and a customer base.
